The 7000 cubic meter cutter suction dredger is a large-scale dredging equipment, suitable for seaside dredging, large river sand mining and other

working conditions. The 7000 cubic meter cutter suction dredger is equipped with a main engine of 2647KW and an auxiliary engine of 1000KW.

The main engine drives the 7000 cubic meter 70m head mud pump, and the auxiliary engine drives the hydraulic system of the whole ship. The

hydraulic system includes hydraulic reamer, hydraulic winch, hydraulic cylinder, etc. This cutter suction dredger can reach a mud discharge distance

of 2000m using a 700mm diameter mud discharge pipe.

In addition to the hull, the important components of a cutter suction dredger are the hydraulic reamer head in the front, the diesel

engine and the mud pump in the cabin. Only when the hydraulic reamer head efficiently cuts the mud layer can the mud pump be

provided with high-concentration mud, and the diesel engine drives the mud pump to pump out high-concentration mud and sand.

Under normal conditions, the mud discharge concentration of our cutter suction dredger can reach 20%~30%.
