Bucket chain system: A flexible bucket chain is composed of multiple articulated mud buckets

(bucket capacity 0.04 to 1 cubic meter, large ones exceed 1 cubic meter), which rely on the

upper guide wheel (drive wheel) and lower guide wheel (guide wheel) on the bucket bridge

for cyclic movement

Bucket bridge and bucket tower: The bucket bridge is adjusted by the winch cable lifting

and lowering (maximum digging depth 35 to 40 meters); a mud well is set on the top of the

bucket tower to collect mud and sand

Anchoring system: Relying on the coordinated retraction and release of the head anchor,

tail anchor and transverse side anchor, the forward movement or swing of the hull is controlled

to achieve precise positioning

Workflow
The chain bucket cuts into the riverbed to dredge → lifts to the water surface → unloads into

the mud well through the upper guide wheel → discharges into the mud barge through the

mud chute or conveyor belt, and is finally transported to the mud unloading area by tugboat.
